That was a special moment for me...at Westbury Concert in 2002 ( I think). Dickey put his hat on me, told me " It looks so good on you, you should keep it." Then, he said, " You know son, I 'm just funnin' with you, right?". Me and my son had a good laugh and I gave his hat back to Dickey. Next year at BB KIng's Club, I got Dickey to autograph that picture, and it is proudly up on my wall at home.

you know,it's funny,when it rains,it sprinkles,I' will say,i don't have any moo la to give to a great cause,but I will committ to talking the dog in my prayers from now on,i:m on the verge of sticking the cooker in the truck and high tailing it after check in on sat,i would love it if luke would give me the ok and meet me down there,i,d like to cook a 1/2 pig for the sun dog,but i don't know anybody,i need to deliver 2 couchesw to bo in macon,atlanta or tuscaloosa,why not look at 5 birds wit one stone,colerain sauce,luke,i have'nt opened up about db&gs yet up in kayak for a cause,old kimberly started it out just right,the moon was shining,bo and i arrived at the greatest place to have a db&gs concert if there ever was one,when was the last time you take a swim,carry ya cooler to the stage and have the time of ya life,under a full moon,dancin under the trees,the picks and sticks a flowin,the spirit was a flowin,y'all missed it! love ya ,I nfeel the next time already,thank y'all,luke

I'm in the process of moving into this area to get my CDL license so I can stop caddying and start driving for a living...
I met a gentleman who was video taping the event, who is looking for a show he attended in Central Park on May 2, 1971 when Herbie Man joined the Allman Brothers on stage for the second show...
