Unfortunately I can't make the show in Macon for Reddog this weekend...I really want to be there but my job is keeping me here in NY. Wish there was a way around it....my heart and soul says go, f&%k it , and my head says you had better be at that mandatory meeting Sat am! I know there are some VERY cool surprises coming your way this weekend and take in all the love brother... Today we have Warren Haynes and Gov't Mule at Rumsey Field in Central Park's summer stage at 6:00...should be a beautiful evening... Rock on, Love, Kimberly

DOBRO, come on over, always some great music nearby... if you wait until after this weekend it would be best since most of our locals will be fixin' to head north to macon for vittles at trhe H and music at Wolfgang's with some hugs and handshakes in between... ya might wanna consider scratching that itch northbound, but you are always welcome to head west young man...

Hey Now!! Hey RedDog. Thinking of you Brother!!! Pam & I will not be able to go to Macon this weekend for the Fund Raiser. We are hosting a Family Reunion that has been in the plans for about 8 months. I have Family here from Florida and Kansas and we are staying home. I am sorry to miss the event. I hope you all have way to much fun and raise lots of $$$ for RedDog. 😎 For all you musicians out there I hope you break a string or a stick or whatever!!!!! Peach.

Hey Capn, I'm on the Atlantic side, and itchin for a road trip to your side of the state. One of your recent posts indicates that you heard some good music last week. Any hints to where I might venture to hear these minsterels lay down some tune? I promise to not dress like a tourist, clog up the passing lane, or ask directions to "Spook Hill". I will, however, tip my servers well, and can quickly restring or retune any honery acting guitars. I don't dance all goofy, or drink anything that contains a little umbrella. With that said, I think I could be a valuable member of the listening audience. What say ye, Capn?

Love that scene - I can never get over how much Billy Crudup looks like Dickey in that movie! I watch it every time it comes on TV.:cheshire: More love to our Red Dog......

Morning all. Thanks for the clip, Voador. I loved this scene. I loved the movie but this gave it ENERGY. May everyone have a modicum of energy today to do whatever it is you want to do. Love to you all and peaches, too.

Jerry Garcia was to the Grateful Dead as Dickey Betts was to the Allman Brothers!

Yes it is and I have been singing the blues for the last few days. Jerry is sorely missed!
