Hey there everyone! :wave: Thank you everyone for the kind words!
Maddie is hangin' in there right now. Looking like it may be some sort of acid-reflux type of thing...at least that's how we are treating it. She has only thrown up once since Tuesday which is a good sign. Still not 100% yet.
Hope you all have a good weekend! We are gonna be busy playin the State Fair this weekend and we have another big show on Wednesday so we will be workin' hard! Take care everyone!!! :beer:

I read that Jerry Lewis is out as National MDA spokesman and will not host the annual MDA telethon this coming Labor Day.
Regardless of the reasons behind it, what a truly tireless worker Jerry Lewis has been for MDA. He made it his calling and gave a face to MDA when the Organization had no spokesperson.
There was a time in the 70's when the telethon was a pretty big deal; people tuned in, firemen had boots out at intersections collecting change from motorists in towns across the Country, and that was kinda a Labor Day weekend tradition.

Congratulatons Tyler. I pursued and received my education later in life after military service and I know it can be tough to work, raise a Family and go to school all at the same time. I Thank Representative Sonny Montgomery From Missouri for insuring us Vets had the GI Bill back then. I am very Proud of you Brother. I know you will due well in the future. Education demonstrates the ability to learn and maintain organizational skills. It also indicates you have discipline with in your life. You should be Proud!!! Also good news on Maddie!!! Peach.

Happy news about Maddy... Been to that place with my beloved Jax... his news was not good..I still miss him so much... We did get a new puppy last year.. River.. love him but not like Jax... I think it was to soon ..

Been a tough couple of days for us as our dog Maddie has been sick. She started throwing up last Wed. and continued everyday until this morning which was the first day she hasn't. My wife has been so up-set the past few days because like a lot of folks on here...our dog is such a big part of our family. We took her in to see a specialist and they think she may be suffering from some sort of acid-reflux issue which was great to hear! My wife tends to think the worst so she was happy to hear this.

Thanks for the Kind words and well wishes from so many of you fine folks. Pam fell back in March and tore her left rotator cuff. She had the surgery scheduled for 29 June and then I needed immediate surgery. She put it off until I healed up some. The surgery went well and it should take about 2 months to recuperate initially.
I am pretty much doing everyting myself now so I will be able to take care of Pam. Jake can help also. The dishwasher broke last night so he is doing the dishes now!!!! Peach.

The same day as the Brothers and Sisters picture. Some of you may have seen it. Everyone is cracking up and Willie is looking down at Red Dog's head. Seems the joke was Red Dog was getting a little thin up top and Willie told him "Maybe we should call you Red Dome instead of Red Dog".
