Sending healing vibes to Nic from Ohio and excellent that you are heading down to FLA for Danny's benefit...I will be at the Georgia gigs but have to be back in NY that weekend, but my heart will be with my friends in FLA...damn even Paul and Heidi will be there! Wish I could find a way to do it all!
I have plans to make DB&GS on Friday nite at Wild Bills and Saturday either the Indian Pow Wow at Stone Mountain, Georgia or head back to Macon and visit the ABB Museum and visit with friends and then Sunday over to the Rose Hill cemetary to pay my respects, some breakfast at H&H, than head over to the Flysouth festival in Macon where Dickey and Great Southern are headlining for a fine evening to top the weekend off!
Just wish I could fly back down for Danny's fundraiser as that will be the event for the season! Can't afford to lose a job in these tough times...

I had some goodtime fishing and hanging with old Friends at the lake. I fishhed with three diferent good friends and did some catching up. We caught bass, perch and walleye.
My son Jake and I are going back this Thursday to begin taking the boat out for winter. Jake buffs out the hull for me as my shoulder will not allow me to do it myself anymore. I sure do hate to put her away for winter but that is life in ohio. Maybe I should relocate back to Florida??

We are in California visiting our Little Grand daughter.. Walked her to school today , it was a beautiful morning.. We have been here for a few days and spent yesterday ( my B' day on Catalina Island... absolutely breathtaking , has a Europeon flair.. I dig it there..
I had a minute to get on pc and so I thought I would check and see how my favorite site ( DB ) is doing.

Um Jim, I did NOT mention Amy yesterday. Pinto did, and Amy, being the person she is, thought it was all about her, and got her up to the keyboard.

Thanks, I know y'all got my back. Shit like this is just a drop in the toilet that life can sometimes be. I don't take offense from people like this; they're probably just as sick and suffering as I once was. The behavior is similar. This was me once.
BTW, to those I talk to on the phone, mine's been stolen (as well as my home phone). There's other stuff I haven't come to terms with yet that are much more important than insults from someone I don't know and don't want to know. There's someone very ill in this house and I have a very sick cat. I have physical problems I'm dealing with. Really, in the scheme of things, what's important is who loves you and is there for you when you really need them.
