AWESOME
Wow! Just had an awesome pic texted to me and a Blue Sky concert call from Las Vegas. Thank you, John!
Thinking of Dan today.
Luke, got your package. Sprigs of spring flowers and sage and drawings and incense and an ocean piece of God's world in a manilla envelope with words of love and a gift from Geena.
You made this day so beautiful, big brother.
Glad to hear that DB & GS are back on the road!
Note to David Spero: Dickey owes us a show at the Beverly Art Center in Chicago!!!!!
Hope all goes well with the DDT benefit. Not a better or nicer man and wonderful musician Danny is!
On a sadder note, the southside of Chicago has experienced a great loss due to the war that continues in Afghanistan!
Marine Cpl. Conner Lowry was only 24 years old and was just a few months away from being discharged.

Please remember Conner and his family in your prayers ... as well as all the young men and women who selflessly and courageously serve our country.
Semper Fi Conner
Headed down later this aft. Still have my one seat available, priced to move. Pinto and Banesh have my #.
If it does not sell, anyone at the show is welcome to come down for awhile to shoot a video, or just watch for a bit from front row center (middle table; I'm on the left side facing the stage).
Hope you all are havin' a good time down in Macon. I'm there in spirit too...
Man Kev... your doin' all the stuff I've always wanted to do. Glad your havin' a good 'ol time bro!
Gonna take brother Luke up on his offer sometime down in Macon if he'll still have me...
Have a great weekend everyone and burn one for brother DDT... :smokinsmiley:
 :clapping: Great times in Macon. Wishing all you folks were down here. So far we have done the H & H, Rose Hill, and Grants Lounge. Headed to the Big House today & show tonight. 😀
The brotherhood may not exist w/ everyone in the band these days, but it damn sure still exists w/ the fans. So far we have met Nic, Pam, Pinto and his honey bunny, Mr. King and his honey bunny, bluedad, Big Dave, Helen from the Helen's Hilton fame, Nancy, and Sonnystang. The most kind, caring, and sharing bunch you'll ever meet. Having such a great time and looking forward to meeting many more today & tonight.
Keep on rollinn on Dickey......:burnout:
Good morning Macon
Set List:
High Falls
Statesboro Blues
Nothing You Can Do
Blue Sky
Seven Turns (with Frank Hannon)
One Way Out (with Frank Hannon)
IMOER
Ramblin Man
Show ran about an hour fifteen minutes if I recall correctly. Dickey took many nice long solos throughout the night.
Great show tonight. Dickey sounded great, better then when I saw him in 2009 in San Fran IMO. A few flubbed harmony lines but probably only a die hard would have noticed. Dickey doesn't hardly play anything like the guitar player that I grew to love on the old ABB and early 90s stuff but every now and then he would hit a note or a run and even Andy Aledort would look over and smile as if thinking "he's the man." I'm glad I drove the three and half hours to watch the show
I hope everyone is having a good time at the dickey show tonight in Ca.
all the best & peace~
Very cool video. Thanks for sharing. Life is good in Macon. Looking forward to gathering to see DDT tomorrow night. Very good Guest Book turnout going on here. Meeting some very nice folks and having a Goodtime!!! Peach.
Enjoy the show looking foward to the reviewa! Also Folks down in Macon I am with you all in SPIRIT!!!
