Great times @ City Winery for 2 nites Dickey burned the roof off, everyone was standing ovation after every song, the delight I saw in men's faces as Dickey brought them back down memory lane from the early days with the tone he gets from those guitars, it seeps into your soul and Dickey has grabbed you and transcends you into another plane of existence, a beautiful and peaceful loving place that I can't get enought of...like where ELizabeth Reed takes you and the Master himself in right of me to guide me into that sacred place where music takes you...very sexy...Thank you to Dickey and The Band for a week of excellent damn fine music and good times and thanks for bringing my soul back to life with your love and music. After fighting what might be "normal" traffic last night getting into the city via the Holland Tunnel, my wife and I made it to The City Winery to catch Dickey and Great Southern play some of his classics. Along side was his son Duane who, after the show, was gracious enough to spend time with some fans and sign autographs. We were even able to catch Dickey leaving out the side exit and were able to, thanks to my wife waiting about half an hour, get him to sign a City Winery menu. Hope to catch them again one day though DB looked tired. Here's wishing the legend continued success and good health.

I ordered his Book, DVD and T-shirt wAYYY back when... before he shipped it he said he only had ONE shirt left...and it was a medium... did i want a refund??? I said NO I'll take it and now it is a collector's item... any interest ??? I have other unique items... most of which I shall keep forever but in an attempt to turn clutter into cash I am offering up a few select items... LOTS OF CDs for like 50 cents each (+P&H)... message me if interested...
