Liz - prayers and good vibes to your friends Claire and Doug. Still don't know if Michael's heart surgery is today or tomorrow. Cindy has family with her, so I am grateful for that. Red Dog - so glad you were able to eat some solid food. Sending you love every day. And Michael T - great first post!:-D

Today, I have to ask for prayers for my best friend and her husband who is dying. Claire and Doug in Denver - no two finer people I have ever had the blessings to know and love. He is only 60. God only knows why certain people are meant to suffer through such trials and tribulations. I have to keep reminding myself to go with it and to have gratitude that for today, I'm OK. Love to you all

Red Dog, I'm am so happy to hear you have found a new route to health. I agree with you; get rid of the shit and the sooner the better. You will be in my prayers, as always. Sending love to all my dear friends here, especially the Lady of the Rain.

Dicky Betts has been the single greatest influence on my almost 40 years of guitar playing. The first thing I ever heard was One Way Out, from the Eat a Peach album and it changed my life. Thank you Mr. Betts, and all the "Brothers" for decades of great music. In the cacophony of mindless "music" today, The Allman Brothers music is a place of tranquility and refuge. God Bless you all. Michael Turcott.
