Hey Peachmaniac, Did you see the Randall Bramblett play? Nick Johnson, my friend's nephew is his new lead guitar player. He's only 26, but his Uncle fed him all the music we loved while he was growing up, and he ate it right up. He's already done quite well, but this is nice opportunity for him.
:clapping: Thanks ERLand..I did enjoy that little youtube.. very, very good. Thanks for sharing 🙂
:dog:  :inlove:

:pirate: Glad ya got the Soulshine in ship shape for next year Brother Nic. Sure hope we get a chance to hang out and maybe even do a little fishin' next year. Fishin' or no fishin' we'll have a good ol' time :smokinsmiley: .
They better batten down the hatches of the Spartanburg Memorial on 10/20 'cause it's gonna have it's doors blown off of it. Knowing what I got and experienced this past Tuesday, I'm very excited for you guys.

Hey Jim. I just pull her out and clean her inside and out. I remove all the fishing tackle and top off the fuel tank. I then buff the hull and sand and put spar varnish on the swim platform. Remove all the canvas and take her to the marina for winterize and shrink wrap. For me to do it right it is about a 3 day job. When I get her in the spring all I have to do is cut off the shrink wrap and put in the plug (very important) and she is ready to launch.
OSU cannot play in a bowl game this year because of the tattoo and memorabilia sanctuns so you all are safe!!! Peach.
Jim, I will also be at TTB! And please retain the voodoo girl for the following week as well. It ain't easy to come out of the Bayou and then the Swamp on consecutive weekends but it's GOT TO BE!! It's DESTINY!!! Go COCKS!!!
Kev and Kittie and everyone have great weekends! I have a glorious long awaited NGDS weekend (not gonna do $-hit)
Hi Kev. I hope you are doing well Brother. I could use your help as Soulshine is on the trailer getting buffed out and ready for winter storage. I have two solid daze work in her and at least one more to go. I am really feeling the fatigue but I thank God I am able to do it myself.
Hi Kitty. Thank you for the beautiful PM. I hope you enjoy the gig tonight.
Hi to my Rock Star Sister Kimberly. 😎 I Love you also and think of you often. I have a pix of you, Paul and myself and one of Paul, Heidi, you, Pam and myself framed from the ddt benefit last november. I wish you would come visit Pam and I at the lake sometime. Take it easy alligator.
All that is left to say is Go Bucks!! It's Miller time. Peach.
Hope ya have a good ol' time tonight Kitty.
Hope everyone has a great weekend  .
Just passing through...going to see Bernard Allison in Des Moines tonight. Love his music and his father, Luther Allison, is one of my all time favorites and one of the all time greats in my book.
Hope everyone has a safe and good weekend.
Peace & love to my DB Family.
Rainygirl!!! Nic!!! Hey There! Miss you all! Nic, I love you and think of you every day and wish I lived in Ohio again and being with the real people, good times!
If BadLittle Doggie is out there, thinking of you as I am attending the Warren Haynes show on 10/11, 10/12 in Portchester, NY and 10/13 in Albany, NY. The Capital Theater in Portchester, NY recently opened with alot of cool gigs coming up and just across the river for us...reminds me of my crazy wild daze at The Capital Theater in Passaic, New Jersey....hah I know some of you have some crazy Grateful Dead or Hot Tuna stories from that time frame!
Remember we are all responsible for the energy we create with our words when we send them out into the universe...I saw the movie "The Thousand Words" with Eddie Murphy the other nite, something for us all to consider and learn from....that being said, love to everybody here...Kimberly
P.S.
Yes Dickey is on the roster for January 2012, yeah baby, back on the road again! The Boys will be back and we will dance again!
Hey Now!!! 😎 TGIF Peach

On a positive note saw Bonnie Raitt last night at the Santa Fe Opera and she is incredible! First time at this venue and easily the coolest venue I ever saw a show at. Bonnie was on fire! Al Anderson guitarist for NRBQ did a few songs with her as did Randall Bramlett who was the back up band. Hoping to see Dickey out this way sometime in the future!
Ride my boner? The librarian must have had her back turned when Prine typed that one!
Prine you horses ass when are you gonna grow up? You must have a miserable life .
Also, have had several questions about the venue.
This year, we are at the Horsepens 40 Park. It is like a mini-Wanee, only cleaner, nicer, better facilities, operated by wonderful people. family friendly, with wonderful stages and sound. Great camping and on top of Chandler Mtn...great views and rock formations to explore. Go to:
Horsepens40.com and check it out!!!
