Had a great weekend playin up in the 'Shoals. Scott Boyer, Kelvin Holley, Wayne Counts all came by. A packed crowd that was lovin the music...makes it really fun. What a spirit there is in the Muacle Shoals area...cant help but think about Duane and what he did there.
ROLL TIDE!
I see the edit button STILL doesn't work. I guess you know I meant "brushed the dirt OFF of".
Why doesn't the ADMINISTRATOR, HELLO? fix that? It's been over a year already. It's not like he's on the road or anything......
Good ole Sunday mornin' to everybody. Since I don't come around much, I went back quite a few pages.
Sorry to hear Nic is back in chemo again. You are one strong fella and Pam is a queen.
Funny, I knew "Sis" was Prine and his olive branch wasn't true. I apologized to him because my post was ugly and I don't want to stoop to that level.
Walter, no offense taken at anything you ever say to me. I know your "aim is true".
Rainy and Gandhi, have you two thought about attending GABBA this year? Dear Rainy, you gotta come back to where it all began at least once in your life! Loving you both.
Never publicly acknowledged my gratitude to Capn for driving me Southbound so I think it's about time. We had a long ride, cramped in a little Honda with my two kitties but we all made it in one piece. After reading the other day about a woman accusing an airline of suffocating her dog, I am so grateful that Capn brought my family down south and we arrived safe and sound, if not a little road weary.
Visited Red Dog, Joe Dan and Bill Ector's memorial trees at Rose Hill the other day. Brushed the dirt of of Augie's stone and thought about how much he's missed around here. Around everywhere.
Have a great day y'all. One eye open.

I say bring it on! We've got the team to beat! I think we have a solid chance to win the rest of our games and proceed to the REAL National Championship in the Georgia Dome against Alabama! Spurrier said we're going to see a lot more of Lattimore in the I formation. That's the ticket for us, whether it's him, Giles, or Mike Davis, we can run the football and Shaw can run the play action. Nobody can stop us and nobody can beat our nasty defense. We're for REAL!!!
Good Old Sunday Morning :sunny:
It's coffee time ... breakfast time 🙂
Have a Blue Sky day
:dog:  :inlove:
After this three game stretch we get to "relax" against Arkansas, Tennessee, Wofford, and PHLEGMson. Wofford, my alma mater, is 4-0 this season and won those 4 games 214-51. Without question they are the best triple option threat in the business this season.
😆 I would hope so Pinto. It would take a lot more than winning or losing a college football game to keep me away from a good concert.
Oh.........and your team certainly stands a chance. Good, great, fair........who knows? I certainly don't. Thats a brutal schedule, thats for sure. You'll certainly have every right in the world to crow up a storm if they pull it off.
:lol2: You were dead on about the TTB, but this...........I'm not so sure. I certainly have no ill will or bad blood towards SC, so I wish y'all the best of luck.
I'm one of the rare that actually prefers pro football over college.
Let's just line 'em up and play 'em one by one, Kev.... I think we've got a great chance in every game. Win or lose, I'm still going to see TTB!!!
😮 No easy task there Brother Pinto. Gonna be some good, prime time games thats fo' sure.
Congratulations, Nic! It looked like Kentucky wanted to ruin our season for the first half, but we stormed back and looked pretty invincible in the second half. Go COCKS! Our next 3 games - GA at home and then LSU and FL on the road. Can't wait! Bring 'em on!
@Peachmaniac - Randall Bramblett is not related to Bonnie Bramlett, but he has played on three of her albums. And, he has eight albums of his own, but is probably best known for his work as a sideman (sax, keyboard and vocals) with Sealevel and Traffic among others - Gregg Allman, Gov't Mule etc.
We squeeked out another win!!! It wasn't pretty but I'll take it. Life is good!!! Peach.
Go Buckeyes!!!! 😎 Peach.
I heard the last 3 songs of Randall's set before Bonnie came on. I didn't know much about him until I went and looked. Is he related to Delaney and Bonnie?
