Thanks you all. It is a beautiful Blue Sky day in Ohio. I hope to be able to step outside for a little while today.
I just watched Peter Frampton on CBS This Morning. He is such a Great player and songwritter. The story of him getting his Les Paul back after 30 years is incredible. Great stuff!!!!
No Buckeyes football today. I guess I will have to watch some SEC game. haha.
Please be kind to each other. Our time is so limited and precious, there is no time for bickering. We need to appreciate what we have and count our Blessings everyday. I figure someone always has it worse than I do.
Hi Kimberly. I hope you are doing well Sister. I think of you everyday and all the Goodtimes we have shared. 😎 The same goes for a lot of you all. It is a good day to be Alive!!!! Peach.

Good Morning :sunny:
It is finally a nice Blue Sky day here on L.I. It will help in the efforts of the clean up to all who are suffering . Many, Many still without power..and the gas lines are enormous..They have changed it now to odd and even days for refilling your tanks.. It will get better each day.
Hoping all our many friends of DBGS are finding some comfort in these trying days..
Someone posted this on ABB and I am still in my Neil Young mode.. I am just about finished with his book Waging Heavy Peace.. I would recommend this book to any of his fans out there and perhaps some who are not that into Neil..it is great reading and an insight to him as an artist..

This is a video of Matt Mayes of Jupiter Coyote solo here in Columbia a few weeks ago. Matt is an exceptional guitar player both rhythm and lead, acoustic/electric, but he's especially known for his banjo/"guijo" work. A "guijo" is a custom built instrument with a banjo neck on a stratocaster body and is credited along with John Felty's incredible lead/slide guitar and Steve Trisman's violin for giving Jupiter Coyote their unique distinctive sound. Nobody sounds like Jupiter Coyote!
This is a new song Matt has written which has yet to be recorded by the full band. The intro is pretty long but the lyrics are introspective and very thoughtful. Matt is building a new studio at his home in Brevard, NC, and the new JC cd - the first since 2005 - will be the first project.
Hope you guys like it!

((((Sending them healing vibes to Brother Nic))))
Like I said......mixed emotions about ol' Uncle Ted. No doubt in my mind that I would agree with him on certain issues. But, some other issues, I'm sure I wouldn't. Kinda felt that way this past tuesday. Oh well, at least we live in a country where we have a vote and that is a precious thing.
One thing for sure w/ Ted.......everybody would be doin' the wango tango 😆 .
all this political banter has made me think of Red Dog...
I always enjoyed the ramblins of Augie, the crimson canine...
Keep Smilin' people, Love is Everywhere
I had lots of wind, whippin' up the snow last night. By this morning, there was about 5 ionches of snow to shovel, and a large branch fell from a tree in my backyard. Luckily, it didn't hit anything.
Once again, I am most fortunate, and therefore also greatful. No complaints form me. I hope all my NY/LI friends are safe as well.
Sending my best wishes to Nic. Its hard to keep such a good man down, and I hope you sails are back in the wind soon.
Mitch
Nic - keeping you and Pam in my thoughts and prayers
