Hey Nic .. wonderful giving up your free time for some volunteering... the unselfishness of others is to be respected and celebrated.. 🙂 Mitch.. loving those pictures you posted of yourself, Marie and Jim King.. and then the one with Capn.. I will always remember Capn's smile... unlike any others.. 🙂 Missing Jim King around here 🙁 Mitch and Marie are the sweetest and kindness couple... I always wish we had more time to spend together.. where you can actually hear each other.... It was :flame: hot, hot , hot.... could have fried an egg and bacon on the street in front of the concert hall that day... Have a Blue Day everyone... chill , relax, get your groove on, and enjoy this Sunday.... :dog: Red Dog

Some long overdue pictures from July in NYC. It was great to meet Jim and Terry. I will remember the short time we all spent together fondly. Mitch

Only in Macon - waiting on line at the grocery store (Kroger's) and Revival is the musak. The real Revival, not a fake. Same day I did get a muzak version of Liz Reed on the Weather Channel. You never know where or when some of that catalog will come from!

At any given moment , time or place.. I have the catalog (sp) of ABB songs that are my favorite at the moment... I must say it really is all of them.. when I hear them... not when I put them on myself and know what is coming.. a surprise.. like right now.. when I clicked on the GB.. and bam.. there is Dickey's voice talking.. and then going into IMOER.... Love it.. it is a smoldering love song... with the highest of highs and lows... swirls , makes my head spin in delight... Thank you voador... I am sure it was you who posted.. and Thank you Dickey Betts for feeling it first and then putting it to your music... WOW.... it's like I heard it for the first time... 40 years later.. Yesterday ..it was Jessica... they surprised me on the Weather channel.. I danced all around with the feather duster in hand.. 🙂 J O S E P H :dog: you are on my mind 🙂

Rainy, I'm so glad Red Dog has checked in his with angel friend. Sending both of you love and strength. The support you have given him is unmatched. Tell him to get that "special tea" brewing. It will help with his nausea.

WOW, Rainy! I am blown away by that tune. Thanks so much! And Red Dog, you don't know me from Adam's house cat, but these people here care for you so much and I want to stand shoulder to shoulder with them and express all the encouragement and good cheer that I can send your way.

A message to all of the family here... Joesph is sick ... but is it expected , he is a strong man and is toughing it out, like we all know he can and will continue to do and be brave and curse the cancer... the battle has really begun.. but his mental attitude is positive and that is his greatest weapon... His peg was infected as he suspected , he remains calm and actually took care of it.. but the nurse also fixed him up and all is as good as it can be... for the time... Prayers, positive energy, love, messages of strength and courage are all things he needs to read and hear... He is surrounded by all his brothers and sisters , friends and family who all care so much about him.. Keep the well wishes coming .. he Thanks all of you... He will post again when he is not so sick.... angels :angel2: are all around...

Wise one, Rainy...they make you sicker in order to get better. I've sat through chemo and radiation with my mother's sister and it was not pretty. But, she got better. Jodie, what a picture. I WANT IT! Any way I can get a print? My printer is, alas, passed away. Love to everyone today, especially to Red Dog who, I believe, has a day off from "the cure".

Sonnystang, LOVE IT ! Such a good, positive message for anyone who is fighting the battle, and for anyone who is helping a friend / loved one fight it ... worthy of being taped to the bathroom mirror, for a daily dose of strength and encouragement ! Perhaps taped right beside this excellent photo of one hell of a man, our dear RD !
