There are lots of different recomendations on vitamin doses. My sources say:
Vitamin B12: 100 to 200 micrograms orally daily.
Vitamin D: (For prevention of Osteoperosis) 4000 IU orally daily.
These are just guidelines, and other sources will differ.

DB musical bio... I think started when he was 12... starting playing guitar.. He has been playing with bands very early on in the early 60's... with Joe Dan and Berry Oakley in the So. Florida area..
ABB were awarded 11 Gold and 5 Platinum Albums between 1971 - 2005 and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995.
Also won with the band a best Rock performance Grammy Award for HIS instrumental Jessica in 1996.

But I don't really know his early history other than when and where is was born.... I think I am pretty good on everything from the ABB on...
