This afternoon while Pam & I were at her weekly Dr appointment for her broken foot an employee she worked with at school came and left a huge amount of food for us. There were casserols, deserts, snacks and even gourmet coffee and tea from people Pam worked with prior to retiring. We just had supper and probably have enough food for the entire week. A very nice gesture from a very nice group of people. It sure put a smile on our face and we are very appreciative. Happy Holidays to you all!! Peach.

Voador, most business applications are in the pc programming format and most educational and institutional applications are in the apple. Now, however, I think apples have pentium processors and can run windows and windows based applications. So rest assured when I get a new laptop it is going to be an apple. In the meantime I'm downloading as much porn from eastern european countries as possible in hopes of getting a virus to put this pc laptop out of business. Anybody know a good place to get a bad virus or a trojan? .....horse I mean. :bash:

Voador, you couldn't call that a parody - it's the truth! I keep wondering why I keep using these stupid pc's. Both my kids have apples, ipods, iphones, etc. They're better than the other stuff hands down.

Mr. Betts, you probably don't remember playing a concert at the Traverse City Cherry Festival, several years ago, on a beautiful Northern Michigan July evening, but this was the best concert I have ever attended! When I was younger, I used to go to concerts all the time in Detroit, having seen Eric Clapton, U2, ELP, James Taylor, Elvis Costello, Harry Chapin, the Four Tops, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Neil Young, the Pretenders, the Kinks, Jethro Tull, etc., but I have never been entertained like Dickey Betts and Great Southern! Mr. Betts, your lead guitar talent is incredible, and the sound of your band was even more fabulous than the ABB. Thank you. When are you coming back to Northern Michigan? This time, I am going to bring my wife, kids & friends, because your show is a once in a lifetime treat. Phil Perkins, M.D.

So your ***** is with the NCAA, correct? I want to make sure I understand where you are coming from. Auburn did nothing wrong. The assertion money changed hands is incorrect. An my point was take the stats, not opinion. The stats are clear Auburn is dominate as well as is Cam. No, you don't have to like it but it is what it is.

heh... In spite of rooting for a team, or a player, other than Auburn...its clear to any reasonable person Cam Newton and Auburn...this year...should be considered one of the best all around college football teams in modern history. Stats dont lie. Auburn is going to kill Oregon. Welcome to the SEC boys.

I may be repeating myself (3 years running) but I still like the MSU Spartans for national champs in Basketball, unfortunately they blew their chance to do BOTH Football and Basketball with that one loss and the fact they did not meet OSU this year... Last night I enjoyed Duane Betts with Accoustic Bain Damage (roadcase) TONIGHT: Boat Parade Million Dollar Yachts Decorated for the Holidaze and scantily clad "Elves" dancing to Christmas Carols on the deck followed by The Michael Kach Group featuring Duane and Frankie... Kach, Betts, Lombardi... life in Florida is Good !!! chilly 65 but sunny as heck !
