P.S. Going to Warren Haynes' Mountain Jam this weekend up at Hunter Mtn, NY...I was torn bigtime between the shows with the Boys down in FLA but this is only 1 1/2 hrs away from home and to be up in the mountains would be cooler with all the high temps across the country.

I spent the day working outside as we've had much rain and I am way behind. Now there is a greater since of urgency. I mowed, planted trees and worked mostly in the garden. I had a 12 hour day outside. 😎 We finshed planting sweet corn with 2.5 lbs of seed in the ground and fertalized. We also have most of the garden in with exception of 4 rows of pumkins which go in in 2 weeks and two 50 foot rows of vegtables. Our garden most likely is close to an acre. My son Jake, daughter Sarah and son-in-law Rob all came out to help tonight. Their reward other than spending time working with me was a dip in the pond following the work. I think they enjoy the pond better!!!! Pam is very busy tending to the flower beds and her raised bed garden. They have LL been great!!!
I will let you all know when more info is available. I just want to be rid of the cancer once and for all from me and our Family. What ever it takes I'm in!!!! No letting up here!! Peach.

Talked to an old army buddy today..haven't talked to him in about 20 years glad he's okay. LAughed so hard had tears coming out. My son thought I was crazy. and to all my fellow vets thanks! And too all of you that shows their support to us and the ones that are serving now BLESS ALL OF YOU!!!.

Cheers to our vets on their day, especially Joseph Campbell.He was a brave man.
Today is the day to remember our veterans.
Don't know why this skipped out of my memory, but it was very moving to have the Star Spangled Banner played at Red Dog's memorial and to watch this particular group of people slowly bring their hands to their hearts, not meeting anyone else's eyes lest you had to acknowledge giving honor to our armed forces and our country.
A lot of these were the same people that damned our country during VietNam but at the same time, our protest was out of love for this land.
Sending prayers out for Nic today and love and thanks to our veterans.
Nic is our warrior hero for sure!
Everyone have a great day, eat drink and be merry and THANK GOD FOR THE WARRIOR TROOPS!
