I would just like to ask all of you to keep the troops in your thoughts/prayers/meditations/good vibes...whatever you believe in. there has been alot of things going on where Frankie is, and all over. Rick, I didn't know you were a nurse, too. Male nurses are some of the most compassionate and understanding. They also have guts because this profession still carries a stigma for guys. So many of the Dickheads here are nurses. Let's hear it for the Angels of Mercy. I got a call from my nurse for Wednesday's back procedure asking how I was feeling. I know it's her job, but what a great gesture that came just when I needed it.

I was in nursing school when 9/11 happened and the events were surreal then, and indeed our world changed. But if I recall anything, it was a profound sense to reach out to the one person I loved. To make certain that person was safe. Just to connect...and to verify they were OK.

Good Morning and it's coffee time.. 🙂 Lizzie hoping moon has a great day, got your message yesterday.. Your a good friend . The 9/11 day from Hell is one I will never forget.. All those innocent people , our City in ruins that looked like a third world country, our beautiful Twin Towers gone before my eyes, people murdered before my eyes on planes and in those Bldg's, the terror of it all..No No , I have not forgotten, never will.. I started to take ambien back then to sleep, I still need it.. I pray all the time for the good .. but the devil has found himself a big play ground and I can see him with his horns, tail and devilish laugh wringing his hands in delight.. It is sick... and very scary I will keep our service men and women always in my thoughts, as they are away from the comfort of their homes and loved ones, to serve and protect America ... Thank you DBGS for going out on the road keeping the spirit alive and to provide alittle escape for the fans , to listen to your heart and what you have to say...in the most beautiful tone and melodies.. makes my heart happy.. Blue Sky day to all prayers to all who need them. :dog: :angel: :inlove:

Just messin' with you, Jim. Thanks for your kind words, Nic. I think Moon took his pill this morning. We just woke up and I figured he'd be mellow. Moon does not like pills! LOL. I fully expect to roll over tonight and find it stuck to my face. He ate this morning, so that's a blessing. 9/11 freaked me out then and it still freaks me out. Pinto, you are so wise - they DID win in many ways. We were headed there anyway and the evil that was already in the world multiplied X1000. God help us. God help the families who lost their loved ones; especially the thousand who never even got a body part to bury. No closesure. I prayed for all of us this morning; New York and Washington are on high alert - I am going nowhere near a crowd today, tomorrow or anytime soon. I was in DC on 9/11 and watched the Pentagon burn from my roof. Otherwise, I would have been here in NY where it would have been much more traumatic. My home town. A tower I stood on....
