I wanted to share this video of my son Derek. My dad went to Goodwill last week and picked up a cheap guitar he thought that Derek might like. Was pretty amazed when we gave it to him. Keep in mind he is not quite 2 years old yet....

Have much to do it and a lot of time in which to do it, but the mojo is lacking.
Hard for me to listen to music these days...too emotional. Everything is UP in the air and I pray that whatever God's willis for me will become apparent and in motion sooner than later. Meanwhile, one foot in front of the other and using the cane between steps.

Wayne, let's recount the Wofford game. Your PHLEGMson taters barely beat little Wofford College, my alma mater, by the way - and barely beat Wake Forest. You "compete" (although you routinely get beat year after year) in the A She She Conference...not much better than the Southern Conference. I sincerely hope you guys wear your pretty little purple uniforms on Saturday. We are going to run right at you, eat up that clock, and in the process whip you like schoolchildren for the third year in a row. Then maybe it will begin to sink in to your tater brains that you are little fish in a mediocre conference and be put back in your proper places - second rate rotten-toothed tobacco-chewing redneck fans in a second rate conference. Have a nice day, taterman! If the taters were playing the Taliban, I'd have to pull for the Taliban.

Hey Pinto, not a great day for Clemson, but 9 and 2 is light years better than the last couple of years. And at least we played a real school and not a buch of cadets like the chickens did. And I remember correctly Clemson has won their half of the conference, and I do believe that the chickens will only come in second in theirs. And we both know Clemson will beat the chickens!

Tomorrow my son Dylan and I are going to hike up to Lake peak in the Sangre De Cristo mountains just north of Santa Fe,NM. The elevation is 12,400' and I have never attempted anything like this in my life!

Hey, Wayne. What was all that junk you were talkin' about last week with the taters? I believe what I just saw was something like NC State 37 PHLEGMson 13, wasn't it? PHLEGMson are the wonderboys of the A She She. I don't think they play as nicely unless they're in their pretty purple and orange uniforms.
