Thanks for the Kind words Kevin. Same to you Rajo and Paul. We just got home from two long days at The James Cancer Hospital at the Ohio State University in Columbus. I have a Great team of Dr and Health Care providers there. My situation is complicated and they are kind of scratching their heads there on what to do next next. I do have a lymph node problem is the right leg and the solution is not really known at this point. The Drs do believe it is cancer. A biopsy and removal is the best option but the lymph node is very deep and laying on an artery that supplies blood to the leg. I saw an oncology surgeon today upon the immediate request of my oncologist and the surgeon is sending me to another surgeon who deals mostly with melanoma surgeries. This surgeon is more versed in lymph node removal. I have a history of osteomyelitis in that leg and that complicates things even more. I should know when my next appointment is by tomorrow. When Drs at an institution such as the James say the situation is beyond the normal standard of care there is reason for concern. I am hoping for the best and placing my trust in God and the Drs. I do appreciate all the support you all have given us. You all are a Great Bunch!!!! Peach.

JK... That is true as well... And to contradict my own earlier statment some music is great regardless of the time period from which it originated... I think most people regardless of age like the Beatles etc... for me it is the late 80's, early 90's ABB (the warren & woody era) that really does it the most for me... hey I was only 4 years old in 1969!..

Brent, I agree with you on the waiting for the next "it" in music. The problem is that we are older so naturally we "don't get" what the younger generation holds dear... Joe Bonamassa has done some interesting things, Los Lonely Boys looked like they were going to be an "it" band...

Grand Funk, Doobies, all great music for me. not much to choose from these days. Glad I have Duane, Dickey, MTB, Wet Willie and my blues. Waiting for the next band that will blow me away like the ABB of 1969. Probably be waiting a long time, if ever.

and Jim...gotta say that photo elicits a giant reflexive gasp when you have a daughter in the Navy. I just can't imagine how it must have been for those sailors on that horrific day.

Great thing about the Doobie Brothers is their best music never got any where near radio. Anybody ever hear Neil's Fandango on the radio? Nope. Ever hear Road Angel on the radio? Hell no. There's a whole treasure trove of great Doobie Bro music that you never heard if all you heard from them is what was on the stinking radio.

As per Wikipedia ( so it may or may not be accurate): "Jesus Is Just Alright" is a gospel song written by Arthur Reid Reynolds and first recorded by Reynolds' own group, The Art Reynolds Singers, on their 1966 album, Tellin' It Like It Is. Mitch

I loved Grand Funk as a kid. "Hey Big Brother" was an awesome tune and grooved like a mofo. The Doobies? For me, a mixed bag. Not a huge fan but did listen to them quite a bit years ago. I think they were overplayed on the radio and that kinda wore out the fun part for me.

Jim, I think all the fellows around here should know that if they don't get somewhat aroused by that video, they probably are suffering from Low T.
