GREAT college football weekend. Looks like it will be ND-Alabama in the big game at least for now. That will be an interesting one, ND tends to be over-rated but this year I don't think that's the case, they've played a lot of tough teams. Alabama is...well, Alabama. They can beat anyone on any given day so should be fun. Unfortunately here we have no good college FB team, but the UNLV Runnin Rebels basketball team will be a MAJOR player in college Basketball this year, they really do have a very talented and deep team, so watch 'em if you can.
...and of course hope Dickey Betts and his crew are thinking about their setlists for the next tour around 🙂
To the real Brown Site-ers here. Those that contribute, love Betts warts and all, and relish the music...may I join in early tidings for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

For me, I am going to take some well deserved time off. Haha I travel every week, so NO TRAVEL (maybe a sneak trip to Nashville to look at some raw property to build my new house). I want to also visit a friend that more than likely will be his final Thanksgiving. Its all good and I love Betts and his musical voice.

2. Since you are a social dolt, lacking in any form of sophistication, you cannot capture the finer point of any culture, even if it hit you like a cold fish.
3. Since your moral compass is limited to four-letter descriptives of people, passion, culture you cannot understand any level of complexities of people who possess any intelligence beyond your own comprehension capacities.
So it comes as no shock whatsoever that "your perceptions of Alabama" are in fact, a mirror reflection of your self profile. In other words, you see everyone as beneath you, because, you dwell in that perception. In fact, people like me see your actions and personality in your proclaimed opinions you have of me, Brent, Alabama, the World in general.
I love the fact you have such a perception; its an admission of your own myopic comfot zone. Keep it Prine, and wallow in it. I love the fact that like death, this Site does indeed have its own life cycle. When this Site dies, you have lost the very one perch you so obviously relish/clutch (as evidenced by all your fake user ID's). When that time comes, people like myself will laugh our asses off that Putz has nothing left. Back to your cigs and beer and whatever else you consume and trash in a debris field of life.

Putz, Brent is a fine human being. Ive known him for years and is a friend and Brother.
He is true blue in his feelings, loves his Country, and works hard. The fact you find disagreement or intolerance with a his political views is your own defining character flaw. You lie, misrepresent, and have this phallic fear and really are an idiot having observed your deeds and writings on this Site for years. So, yeah, put me in his camp, any day.

I realize that people have perceptions and opinion relative to the SOuth; that we are stupid, cloth-headed racists, that lay around barefoot having babies. Vestigaes of that are very true.
In my line of work, I travel this Country extensively. And believe me, I've seen the most redneck, the most racist people outside the South that Ive ever seen. Places like Ohio, IL, New York, Oregon....seen enough peckerheads outside the South to make me realize it was simply bad press that started the entire crap about the South.
The REAL South? Pick up the latest of my all time favorite magazine, Garden & Gun...THERE is the real sophistication of the South for you. The finer things of food and culture that make the South what it is.
Alabama rolls again! How in the hell anyone could put Notre Dumb as #1 is beyond me. The other top 7-8 teams would pound ND...going undefeated against unranked or weak teams does not merit.
Bama looks good to repeat as Natl Champs. #15.

The Buckeyes held on again!!!!! Kansas St and Oregon got beat. One hell of a college football season. Go BUCKS!!!!! I just finished watching the OSU game on the DVR. 😎
Our Nephew and his wife renewed their vows today. We had a nice Family get together. I am paying the price for being on the leg today with much pain but It was worth it. The reception was at the local mall and we got both Grandbabies picture together with Santa. They are a gift from God!!!!! Peach.
