I think its a wonderful idea. Seriously. Lets all call Spero on monday and attempt to explain to him exactly who the problem is around here. I'm pretty sure if you have been a regular visitor on this site for the past several years, you know exactly who is responsible for putting down Dickey, constantly changing names, and bashing the kind folks on this site. 'Course I know it won't do any good because he will just change names again. I definitely agree w/ SkyDogSys, that this person should be ignored and as much as I used to like slamming the useless sh*t, it does no good and he is certainly NOT worth anyone's time or attention. But, I will definitely call Spero tomorrow and I hope others will as well. Happy Mothers Day to all of you Mama's out there. Lotsa love to all of you kind folk.

good to see some of the good ol folk posting again..... thoughts to Dickey and mending! I went to the most amazing piece of land this week on top of a ridge, probably 4000 ish feet, it was a tall spot over hills and valleys below a few hundred feet or more.... it had a 360 view, the owners select thinned the timber for effect, and to the east was the white peaks of Glacier Park, the north the Canadian Rockies, east and south the US Rockies, west the peaks over the small town of Hungry Horse and west north Big Mountain...... I have to remind myself sometimes how blessed I am and the small stuff in life should be made so small it resides with pebbles on the ground.....

I saw that Dickey show at Wild Bills is postponed again. If anybody has travelled to ATL for the show and was planning on staying the weekend, My Rolling Stones tribute band is playing Saturday Night in Woodstock, GA at Guston's Grille a short drive up I-75. We have a great Mick Jagger and for an Allman Brothers guy, I do a pretty good Keef 😉 PM me if you want the details. We will also be in Macon, GA at The Cox Capital Theater Next Saturday 5/18 with special guest Lefty Collins opening. this on Dickey's Facebook page First the good news. Doctors have finished testing all of the biopsies they took from Dickey in a previous procedure. All of them came back negative for cancer of the bladder and prostate. Dickey is undergoing another procedure today to give him some relief from the problems that put those tests in motion. He is getting stronger every day and should resume touring next month. That being said, the May performance at Wild Bills is postponed (again) and a new date will be announced soon. Jim, the entire HIPPA thing is interesting. Actually, it does not apply to the general public, meaning outside the care team and the health care facilities, employees, chain of custody with information yada yada. All of that considered, its good to hear Betts is getting the treatment and care he needs.
