We're coming to Durham on Friday. I got one of these cool new portable recording microphones and it works very well. Well, it works for others but when I sang "Last of the Singing Cowboys" last night after a bottle of wine it seemed to make me sing off-key. Hmmm....maybe it was the wine.
Anyway, can anyone advise me on the current taping policy? i found nothing on the Carolina Theatre website but I would sure like to try recording the show. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

I heard yesterday that Linda Ronstadt has Parkinsons Disease and that it will silence her voice.
Such sad news.. she always had such a strong and beautiful voice.. the video below was one of my favorites back in the day..
