Tony and Capn have been handling it quite well. I for one haven't had to do anything yet...and yes it is a pleasure to come here and see things are normal... and yes the password reset thing is kinda old it happened to me a few months ago...

Although it may be unpopular to some, and to some they simply dont care, nevertheless I feel I can say here...in my mind at least...I know who made the attempt, in part because that person tried that ploy before. My point is the new model here re Tony and crew as site admins is WORKING, and I am very appreciative for that. And for every foiled attempt, like the saying, its best served cold.

Regarding the password change emails - someone is playing games.
You should NEVER post one of those emails online, because you just made public the link that resets your password so anyone who wants to can then type in that link and reset it.
The new password will be emailed to you and no one else, so no one can get access to your account, but you expose yourself to more game playing by publishing the first step email in the two step process for recovering a lost password.
I edited out the link from your post so no more can come from that.

Muleman, yes I got a bunch also this morning. I believe it is done by someone typing your handle in the "lost password" deal here on this site. That generates the automatic e-mails. Yes, it is likely someone with an attitude. Delete and ignore. Have a great day all!

Been listening to a lot of the 97 Beacon Run and 2000 Beacon Run. I must say the last month of the Haynes & Woody era was quite spectacular. The whole band was locked into one another.
The 2000 shows were just a scratch of the potential of what Dickey and Derek were capable of doing. There is only one show that is hard to listen too, but the rest of the run is fantastic. All I can say is thank the Lord for tapers!!
