Hi to my Brothers and Sisters Of The Road. We have lots of snow on the ground. Some of the kids and grandkids are coming out today to use the snow shoes for some cross country walking, This is the first time they will have tried them out. I bought them well over a year ago but this is the first big snow we've had since purchasing them.
Pam has prepared pheasant leg chowder for lunch. I arranged for Myles to go on a dog guided pheasant hunt while he while he is home on leave. We are going to consume his harvest today!!! It sure has been fun having him home.

Well, we got hit with another snow storm. My neighbor has my tractor and is out taking care of neighbors. He will drop it off at my garage and I will work on ours later. I can't make it walking out to the barn through the deep snow, but once I'm on the tractor I can usually handle it.
My chemo has been cancelled for monday. I see the radiation Dr on thursday. That is kind of like judgement day for us. Praying I am able to receive some radiation and shrink the tumor.
Some football bowl games are on later. I am looking forward to that tonight. Not much going on for live music around these parts. Jake did buy us tickets to go to the University of Dayton Flyers basketball game on Saturday 5 Jan. 😎 Go Flyers!!!!! Peach.

It's been awhile but we met at the Hickory Hill Cafe in Memphis and you were singing Kareoke. You were with Butch. We went down on Beale Street and you serenaded me with Whipping Post. I think I found out you were married at the time and quit talking to you. Are you married now?
We will most likely lose Hankins and that will hurt the D. The word is Robey is staying. Also talk is Carlos Hyde may leave early and he was strong at running back. We aLso are losing Simon at linebacker. Once Irvin has a couple years to recruit and we begin to play a tougher early schedule things will happen. It is a good time to be a Buckeye Fan!!!

Capn, you Ohioans got a great coach. Next years schedule looks a bit weak and that may hurt OSU in the ranking.
Bama has the #1 recruiting class as of yesterday. Looks like Nic has put together another excellent team. Many coming back too. CJ Mosley will be a great anchor for the defense. Hoping Fluker and Warmack return too.

Thanks Kev and others for the well wishes. We made it back early this evening. The tumor is larger than exp[ected and stint was a litlle difficult to get in. So far so good. You know the old expression pissing fire???? It is true.
Going to the first new chemo treatment on Monday and seeing both the radiation and infection Drs on Thursday. Praying for some good results!!! Fighting the Fight!!!! Peach.

Some rough weather down south for Christmas. Sitting in a deer stand when all hell broke loose, climbed down in time to get back to the barn before the storm hit. Later saw on the news tornados had hit around Mobile. My prayers for those folks.
